Creare un set di schede per gli uffici interni di Amgen che cataloghino per personas le tipologie di medici, basate sui risultati di una ricerca statistica effettuata da Personalive.
Le schede saranno degli strumenti utili agli agenti di vendita e al personale interno per suggerire caratteristiche specifiche su cui fare leva durante le interazioni con i medici.
